Surpassion King of Battle Toro is a full-bodied 6 x 50 cigar handcrafted at Tabacalera La Isla in the Dominican Republic. Created in honor of the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Army, this regular-production release brings together five-year-aged American Connecticut Broadleaf, Mexican San Andrés, Dominican, and American tobaccos for a bold, deeply satisfying smoking experience.
The profile opens with dark cocoa, charred oak, and cracked black pepper before settling into rich layers of espresso, earth, and restrained sweetness. Notes of fudge, dark chocolate, baking spice, cinnamon, clove, and nuts add dimension throughout, while the aged tobaccos help keep the cigar’s power composed rather than overwhelming.
King of Battle earns its name with a commanding flavor profile and deliberate, slow-burning toro format. This is an ideal choice for experienced smokers—or anyone seeking a robust Broadleaf cigar with dark sweetness, peppery character, and plenty of complexity from first light to the final inch.
