The Aganorsa Leaf Aniversario Corojo Lancero is a refined Nicaraguan puro built entirely from Aganorsa-grown tobacco. Rolled in a slender 7.5 x 40 Lancero format, it showcases a Nicaraguan Corojo ’99 wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos. The narrow ring gauge puts the Corojo wrapper at center stage, creating a focused, aromatic smoke with plenty of depth and detail.
The Lancero opens with hay, graham cracker, cedar, and a natural sugarcane sweetness. As it develops, roasted almonds, baking spice, soft earth, cinnamon, and a measured white-pepper note add complexity without overtaking the blend. The finish remains smooth and clean, with subtle citrus zest and nutmeg appearing alongside the cigar’s signature Corojo character.
This is an excellent choice for smokers who enjoy the precision and flavor concentration of a Lancero. It delivers the richness of a Nicaraguan puro with a more elegant, nuanced expression than its full-bodied appearance might suggest.
