The Rodriguez Cigars Primera Clase Robusto is a bold, box-pressed 5 x 50 built for smokers who like their Maduro-style cigars rich, structured, and still refined. A dark Mexican San Andrés wrapper surrounds a Nicaraguan binder and filler blend, with each leaf aged for four years before the cigar is rolled. The result is a medium-full experience with depth, texture, and the kind of patience-driven character that makes this one stand out.
From the first draw, Primera Clase delivers dark nuttiness, espresso, cocoa, cedar, and a measured peppery spice. Notes of nutmeg and earthy sweetness develop through the middle, while the aged Nicaraguan core keeps the profile smooth and balanced rather than overly aggressive. The box-pressed Robusto format gives the blend a dense, comfortable feel in hand and allows the flavors to stay concentrated from start to finish.
Produced as a limited Rare Reserve release, the Primera Clase Robusto is a strong choice for smokers looking for a San Andrés-wrapped cigar with serious flavor and a creamy, polished finish. If you enjoy darker blends with cocoa, spice, and a little old-school depth, this is an easy cigar to keep close for an evening smoke.
