FQ Proper Corona Gorda is a medium-to-full, small-batch cigar made with aged tobaccos and a distinctive closed foot. The 5.625 x 46 format uses a dark Habano Oscuro wrapper over Honduran binder and a filler blend of Nicaraguan, Honduran, and USA Connecticut Broadleaf tobaccos. The blend is designed to deliver a concentrated first light, followed by a layered profile that balances sweet earth, cocoa, cream, and spice.
The cigar opens with bold pepper, leather, dark earth, cedar, and natural sweetness. Notes of milk chocolate, candied earth, toasted almond, cream, clove, and cocoa emerge as the cigar settles into a more composed middle section. The finish becomes cleaner and more refreshing, with a touch of menthol-like lift alongside the lingering wood, spice, and chocolate character.
FQ Proper Corona Gorda is a strong fit for smokers who enjoy a fuller Habano Oscuro profile with real evolution rather than unrelenting strength. Its closed foot and slim Corona Gorda shape make it a rewarding, slower smoke with coffee, dark rum, or a structured bourbon.
