Wrapper: Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade
Binder: Dominican Monte Plata
Filler: Dominican Republic, USA
Origin: Dominican Republic
Size: Corona (5.5 x 43)

The Principle Cigars Martinique Corona is a refined new expression of the Martinique blend, built in an elegant 5.5 x 43 Corona format. An Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade wrapper rests over a Dominican Monte Plata binder and a blend of Dominican and U.S. fillers. The internal proportions were adjusted specifically for this vitola, giving it a profile designed to sit between the broader Corona Gorda and the slender Lancero.

The Corona begins with soft cream, cedar, fresh nuts, and a gentle citrus brightness. As the cigar develops, dried fruit, baking spice, light leather, and naturally sweet tobacco add depth while the narrow ring gauge keeps the smoke clear and focused. The Connecticut wrapper remains at the forefront, but the blend carries enough structure and aroma to stay engaging throughout.

Martinique Corona is ideal for smokers who want an elegant Connecticut experience with real nuance. It offers an excellent balance of smoothness, flavor, and format—refined enough for a quiet morning, yet complex enough for a deliberate evening smoke.
