The Principle Cigars Archive Collection “Engagement” brings together old-world presentation and modern premium craftsmanship in a limited Corona format. This 5.75 x 46 cigar uses a Nicaraguan wrapper and binder over a blend of Dominican and Nicaraguan fillers, delivering a balanced, medium-bodied profile with depth, elegance, and a distinctly classic feel.
Engagement is dressed in original chromolithographic artwork and bands preserved from the 1920s, giving the release a presentation that feels as special as the blend itself. On the palate, expect a refined mix of cedar, cocoa, leather, baking spice, and natural tobacco sweetness, supported by a measured pepper note and a smooth, creamy finish. The Corona shape keeps the flavors focused and allows the wrapper’s character to stay present through the entire smoke.
For smokers who appreciate history, presentation, and a blend that does not have to overpower the palate to make an impression, Engagement is a memorable addition to the humidor. It is a thoughtful, limited release with enough complexity for a special occasion and enough balance to be enjoyed whenever you want to slow the pace down.
