Where We Ship

For now, we ship anywhere in the United States except Utah, Hawaii, and South Dakota (state regulations—nothing personal).

 


 

Processing Time

  • We pack orders Monday–Friday.

  • Most boxes leave our humidor within 2–3 business days.

  • Holidays or heavy order days may add a day or two. If anything looks considerably delayed, we’ll email or call to keep you in the loop.


 

Shipping Rates & Options

Real-time rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and speed. Pick the option that suits your timeline, and we’ll handle the rest.

 


 

Tracking Your Order

The moment your cigars hit the carrier, you’ll get an email with a live tracking link. It can take up to 24 hours for the carrier to post the first scan—so don’t worry if it’s quiet at first.

 


 

In-Transit Issues & Damage

While rare, bumps in the road can happen. If a package arrives noticeably battered—or worse, doesn’t arrive at all—let us know within 48 hours.

  • We’ll guide you through filing a carrier claim.

  • Once the claim is underway, we’ll work with you on a replacement or store credit so you can get back to enjoying your smokes.

Pro tip: hang on to all packaging and damaged items until the carrier finishes their investigation.
