Factory: Oveja Negra Factory (Nicaragua)
This is a cigar with some edge to it, exactly what you’d expect from Black Label Trading Co. It also happens to be one of my favorite sizes of all time: 5.5 x 48.
The Santa Muerte Corona Gorda delivers a darker, more intense profile while still keeping things controlled. Right out of the gate, you’ll get a mix of black pepper, charred wood, and deep earth, followed by waves of dark chocolate and subtle sweetness that round things out. It’s bold, but it’s not chaotic. Everything has a place.
The corona gorda format really helps this blend shine. It concentrates the flavors and keeps the transitions tight, giving you a more dialed-in experience from start to finish.
At Creekside, we always appreciate cigars that bring strength with purpose. Santa Muerte does exactly that. It’s a great pick when you want something richer, more complex, and a little more unapologetic in its profile.
