The Warped La Colmena Amado No. 44 is a refined, Cuban-inspired Corona built around subtlety, balance, and exceptional small-batch craftsmanship. Handcrafted at El Titan de Bronze in Miami by Category 9 Cuban master rollers, this 5 1/2 x 44 cigar features a rare Ecuadorian Deflorada wrapper over an Ecuadorian binder and a carefully selected blend of Dominican and Nicaraguan fillers. Finished with a distinctive pigtail cap, the Amado No. 44 carries the kind of detail and presentation that immediately sets it apart.
Expect a light-to-medium-bodied profile of cream, honey, vanilla, cedar, white pepper, soft floral notes, and natural tobacco sweetness. The slender Corona format puts the Deflorada wrapper at the center of the experience, allowing its aromatic character and gentle spice to stay present from first light through the finish. Beneath it, the Dominican and Nicaraguan fillers provide a smooth, layered foundation with just enough depth to keep the cigar engaging without disturbing its elegant balance.
The La Colmena Amado No. 44 is an excellent choice for smokers who appreciate nuanced cigars, traditional Miami craftsmanship, and a slower, more attentive smoking experience. It pairs naturally with coffee, champagne, light rum, or a quiet morning when you want a premium cigar that rewards patience rather than demands attention.
